About Us

Over the years, Hydel’s scope of operations and product line has expanded through a series of acquisitions and mergers. In July 2004, Hydel was acquired by Circa Metals, a subsidiary of Circa Enterprises, which is a publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In May 2006, both companies merged into a new 99,000 square foot facility located in Vaughan, Ontario.

Hydel products are built to meet or exceed CSA industry standards. Whether it be design with CAD software, CNC equipment for shearing, punching and bending operations, or the modern powder coat paint line, Hydel ensures these standards are met every step of the way.
